Return & Refund Policy

SmartAmps HRMS is a subscription-based SaaS product. As a digital service, refunds are limited and governed by the following policy:

1. Subscription Fees

All subscription payments for SmartAmps HRMS are non-refundable, except in cases where a billing error occurs.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle but will not generate refunds for already-charged periods.

3. Trial Period

If a free trial is enabled for your plan, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice due to a technical error, we will verify and process a refund within 7 working days.

5. Service Issues

Refunds are not provided for:

• User mistakes

• Incorrect data entry

• Misuse of platform features

• Failure to understand the product features
